The stay

A cool, tucked-away one-bedroom with a queen bed, well-equipped kitchenette, dedicated desk, and very little street noise.

La Puerta Blanca #2 sits at the center of the building, away from Calle Insurgentes, giving solo travelers, couples, and remote workers a quiet place to recharge without giving up a central address. The queen bedroom has strong air conditioning and soft lighting. A well-equipped kitchen, cooking essentials, filtered drinking water, dining banquette, Wi-Fi, Smart TV, and dedicated desk make the apartment equally practical for a few nights or a longer stay. Digital locks simplify arrival, while restaurants, cafés, galleries, nightlife, the Río Cuale, and Playa Los Muertos are all an easy walk away.

I initially planned to stay for only a week, but I loved it so much I extended my stay. The room was clean, the bedroom was dark and quiet, and the bed was very comfortable. I would definitely choose this apartment again.

Hot water, hair dryer, toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner and shower gel. Laundry in the building is available by advance request, with an additional charge.

Keypad self check-in. Access is by stairs. Street parking is available nearby; a space is not reserved with your stay.

Smoke and carbon monoxide alarms. Security cameras cover the building entrance and shared stairway.
