Children are welcome at every property. Cribs and extra beds are not provided. Capacity and stair access vary by apartment; see the practical details on each apartment page.
Pets
One large dog or up to two small dogs are welcome without additional permission. More pets require prior host approval. The one-time pet fee is MXN 200 per stay.
Laundry
Laundry is available by request for MXN 100 per load for every apartment.
Visitors and gatherings
Visitors are welcome. Guests must respect neighbors and other guests. Disruptive or open-invite gatherings, excessive noise, and other community disturbances are not allowed. Organized events require prior written permission.
Booking terms
First send a booking request. The host reviews availability and confirms the full price and terms. A rental contract and the required payment steps come before final reservation confirmation. Bank transfer or cash options, payment dates, cancellation and refund conditions are confirmed with the host before you commit. No payment is taken on this website.
