Who receives your details

Request intake with published prices is not enabled yet. The operator’s privacy contact will be shown before it is enabled.

How the details are used

We use your name, email, phone, preferred contact method, dates, apartments, occupancy and details you choose to share to evaluate and respond to your request. Residence is optional. We keep the estimate you saw, the availability check and your acknowledgments to avoid misunderstandings. We do not add your details to a marketing list.

Storage and access

The request is saved in this site’s database, hosted through OpenAI Sites and Cloudflare. Access to request records is restricted to the authorized owner. The system uses abuse controls and hosting services may process technical logs. This form does not send your details to Google Forms or a payment service.

Retention and questions

The operator’s retention target will be shown when requests are enabled.

For questions, corrections or deletion requests, use the operator contact above and your request reference.

Information not to send

Do not send card numbers, passwords, banking details or identity documents. Share only what is needed to review your stay. WhatsApp is a separate service with its own privacy terms.
